What this portal stores
Registration stores your username, email, registration date and a hash of your password. Passwords are not stored as plain text. Your support inquiries are also stored.
How we use this data
To authenticate your website account, display your dashboard and manage inquiries. No advertising or third-party analytics tools are included.
Sessions and security
A necessary cookie maintains your session and protects forms. To limit abusive attempts, an identifier derived from your IP address is temporarily stored and removed when the control window is renewed. Your language preference is stored for one year in a functional cookie.
Access and deletion
You can view your data in My account. Submit a support inquiry to request deletion. Manual processing of requests will begin when the team starts operating the service.
Project status
This portal is in preparation. The controller's contact details and final retention periods must be published before the service opens to the public.
